No mobile handset in the box

Sir,

i was booked a mobile handset (htc wildfire) online on 25.07.2011 in the website

"mginger.com" and the amount paid through net banking. Then the company send

an email to me that your booked article was despatched by indian post on 02.08. article no: CP310518107IN, order no:56068 and you will get it in within 6-7days.

but i did not get the article till 24.08.2011.before earlier this date i was sent two

emails ([email protected]) & phoned (08041650489) to the company about not getting the article, but the company said that it will come, wait.

but fortunately i got the article on 25.08.2011.after opening the packet i found that there is mobile handset in the box.it contains only the usb charger (one), ear phone (one), booklet (one),

also in that box i found two tax invoice

1.for order no:56068, dt:7/25, murali mohan parida, ph:9437375149

2.for order no:50679, dt:7/18, Dr.arun g.christoper, ph:9489881777

so now what should i do?

please help me about this matter.

can i got the article or back my money by any way?
