We recently purchased a Inverter from this company. Manager name is Murali Mohan. He supplied a faulty inverter which stopped working from the very next of day installation. Also they charged installation charges for connecting a wire directly to the power point. No wiring was done. Initially they said there is no labour for the minimal wiring needs to connect the Inverter properly. After purchase and payment, they say charges for all services. Even to attend to the fault for the brand new inverted, they are demanding a charge. To add to the trouble, Murali Mohan is not ready to talk, he passes the phone to another lady Deepika who seems to the complaint handler.
