My parents have been a loyal Godrej customer. While they were wanting to buy the washing machine they opted for GWF 650 FC (6.5 Kg) washing machine as they trust quality and the company.
The machine was purchased on the October 26. It has not even been a year however the touch operating panel (digital display) has stopped working. The service centre had sent someone to replace it however even that one does not work. The whole purpose of have a fully automatic machine is defeated!!
Whenever we call them they simply tell us that they will send someone. My parents are old and cannot put their hands in water has they have bone problem.
We want the machine to be replaced completely or the money to be refunded.
