Non replacement of the defected part since Dec

Dear Sir/Madam,

I feel deeply regretted in informing you that my godrej washing machine is non functional for the past 2 months. The complaints registered to the customer care fell to deaf ears. The first complaint registered from our end was on 28-05 for the waste net i.e available in the machine to collect all the dirt got broken. After Paying the person for the new part (even when my machine was in warranty), the same thing happened in Dec and i registered a complaint having complaint no 315532 on 27th dec. Till then i am simply calling them to provide me a new net so that my clothes are washed completely. In absence of that net the dirt keeps sticking to the clothes and the whole motive of buying the machine machine gets defeated.

Also now my spinner has stopped working and i lodged the complaint for the same on 12-06 having complaint no 424744 and then on 16-06 but till today i have not recieved any response from the company.

I am surprised that such a big brand is not capable of provide consumer any support for the appliance.

I request you to Kindly look into the matter and provide justice to me.
