This is for your information and immediate action. We have brought
GODREJ Double door refrigerator one and half years back. In the first
year itself it has problem with cooling and started producing sounds.
One day it stopped working and when we informed the nearby customer
care center k Ramesh - 09949389069, Bhimavaram, West Godavari
District, Andhra. They have sent a technician, who didn’t turn up
untill a week. At last he came and the way he handled the
refrigerator, there were at least three to four scratches.
He informed that the gas should be filled and he charges us for this
in the first year itself.
The troubles didn’t stop there, further the refrigerator stopped
working in the next six months, we lodged a complaint with Ramesh and
he responded after a week that he will send a technician. The
technician called us at 10:30PM and informed us that he is on the way
and will be there in 20mins to repair. (Our village sleeps at 9:00PM).
Is this the way to treat customers…
We told him strongly that this is not the time and the next day when
we called him, he responded that we should not call to his personal
number. Further, he said now it will take one more week as u r out of
the queue. With repeated escalations the technician turns up after
three weeks.
Technician updated us that the compressor should be replaced and the
gas should be refilled. Adding to fire to the burnt house, he informed
that they cannot commit on the date of replacement. Ramesh the head of
the service center informs us that there is no spare compressor and he
can only order and get it after a week.
After waiting for one week, I tried reaching out to him, he updates
regularly that he is busy and travelling. At last he answers us saying
that there are 20 compressors (I strongly felt that there is problem
with the entire GODREJ REFRIGERATORS) to be replaced for the clients
in this region. The representative from the GODREJ HEAD OFFICE doesn't
pick the call for the entire last week.
This time the service agent asks for one more
week...
High time executives and management of GODREJ wake up and work on
solving these rooted heights of negligence...
WITH A SMALL HOPE THAT SOME ONE FROM GODREJ STAND UP AND TAKES AN ACTION…
