4 months of delay in service

I bought a kenstar food processor MF 0808 on 17 jan from modern electronics and appliances, 38, new bazaar, kirkee, pune-411003. within 10 days i discovered that there is a problem with the juicer, i called up for service but he did not dedect any problem, now that the part is completely broken, despite of repeated complaints there is no response. the promise of service moves from one day to another. i'm about to shift to another city soon. that bothers me even more that the process of complaints have to be started from the scratch. i'm truly disgusted with the service and just think what is the need of a brand if it has to be use and throw then why not go for a local made. please help.
