Not receiving signals

Irresponsible customer care

sir,

The cable TV (settop box) is not receiving signals for more than 2 weeks. Made number of telephone calls to hathway local office, CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore, to change my settop Box.

Please note that I have paid 6 months rent in advance and want the amount refunded, in case if settop box is not replaced. Awaiting a suitable reply,
