I have requested to change my bill plan from last 2 months and this is the 3rd month, they only say pay billed and unbilled amount and then we would change the bill plan, and i did the same thing 2 times and thereply i am getting from [email protected] is my bill plan has been changed and when i call customer care after 1 day i get to hear my bill plan has not been changed.
