Customer Care is ignoring the complain raised for the product

I have Buyed a pure It and it is not working properly from last 2-3 months.

We are complaining about this to Pure It customer care from last 1 Month as rainy season has started so municipal corporation water is muddy in this season.

And the customer care response is always that the person will visit us in 12 hrs but they are not ended till now also.

Please take the needful steps against them.
