We have ordered for a Germ Kill battery kit and I have repeatedly placed reminders and complaints to the customer care and yet I have not received any kit from the company.
The customer service is not providing the local office address and telephone numbers and names of the responsible officials so as to take a follow up.
I believe that the company is making false claims about service and purity of water etc at the time of sales.
Since I am not getting Pure water I should be entitled to receive 1cr as per the company advertisement
