Hi Forum Members,
Wanted to share the experience of ordering the Germ killer battery Kit from
Unilever Pure it, customer care center.
I have ordered the battery kit on 22nd Feb and have followed
with the customer care people after waiting for a week for its delivery,
and what i keep on getting a response from them "Sorry for inconvenience, i will escalate your request and you will receive on next working day".
Today is 2nd march and still the same answer from them...
with more to add on it there executive suggested me why not
you buy it from retailer near you instead of ordering over here...
This is how the Unilever company operates .. is this how the customer should be
treated and responded, kudos to these people and there services.
I will indeed try to reach as many people as i can to make them aware of such companies that
make big hype of its and in return when you get associated with them this is what you hear from them
Unilever Company its such a shame to be associated with you.
