I had ordered Dual touchscreen mobile Vox A8800 from homeshop18, I had got the delivery but the mobile touchscreen got hanged next day and send for replacement and after 15 days I got replaced mobile. I was shocked that the mobile I got had 2 scratches on the screen and touchscreen was not working, I though was a sheet company is this sending a new product which is not working without checking. I had call back hs18 and asked for return of money back but yet they are not giving proper answer and I fed up of calling hs18 again and again. please help and sort out my problem, you can call me on 8097220791.
