Need refund for Orion cell Phone 931 model

I had bought a new Orion Dual Sim Mobile Phone - 931ES (model) from homeshop18 on 4th Jan with Order No: 702325157 and the sub order no: 72419855.

I was able to charge the phone for the first time; however the phone does not charge the second time, I had also received a broken hand free. I am very disappointed with this product and would like to get my money back.

I had bought so many other product with homeshop18, the CS was good, but when I wanted refund for the product which is not work, the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOO BAD.

They dont want to give me the refund, and they are forcing me to used the product which did not work.

This is really bad.
