Hi, I ordered the Home shop 18, IFB MICROWAVE order no- 74298622 on 28/06, with which they offered additonal microwave safe dishware, order no-74298622, I received the dishware by 01/07 but the microwave after various calls and speaking to there call centre which always gave the standard answer in "next 5 to 7 days", I got it on 29/07 and till date I have not received the add on with it, (cook book, microwave safe utensils) the ones they show on their advertisement.
To my horror, they have no regrets, and keep giving me the the same line 'in next 5 to 7 days'...
This is my first order with them, and I had the worst experience, They are nothing less then any other con company...
HOMESHOP18. is a rip off, it was my mistake i purchased from them, Kindly save yourself the horror, and purchase from some one else, then them
