Hi,
I booked an iphone 3gs from Homeshop18 (Order Number-906230557). The payment was made through the online banking. But due to some problem from Homeshop18 the order is still showing the status as "Payment Under Process". I called the customer care (very rude) and they are asking me to check with the bank whereas against the feedback I posted on the website they are asking to send the scanned copy of the bank account to the [email protected] and they will progress the order.
I sent the mail with order cancellation request as the site is not trustworthy and asked for the refund. For a simple call back to the customer it seems they need 48 hours.
There is no escalaion mechanism in place by homeshop18 if their support stop doesn't deliver. I want the refund ASAP
