Hi,

My name is Rohit Mehta, i ordered a Sony Experia Arc S phone model from Homeshop18 on 09 Mar online on their website and paid 27999 for the same by my HDFC Bank credit card. Now on 14 march when I received my parcel i got shocked when i opened it. I found no handset there in the box. It hurted me like anything because it was my hard earned money which i paid to these scammers.

Now they are asking me to wait for another 48 hours for the same. i would request them to go ahead and process the refund for the same. or deliver the handset by today only because i already waited for 6 days for the same

I have also lodged a complaint in their 24*7 customer care and the complaint #70565463

This was really a very bad experience
