I am Samander Singh, purchased a mobile phone (Micromax Q6) from HomeShop18. The producet is in damaged condition. I complent several times by phone and email, but i am not recd, any responce from them on 31/1 they says we replaced in 2days, on 2/2 they says we are sory but we replaced it in 2days and on 3/2 they says that we have not any stock so we can't replaced it. you sent it back to us and we gave your money in 7-8 working days by cheque after receiving the product but I paid them at the time of delivery.
