I am the airtel prepaid customer. I want a new connection of airtel. but customer care member of airtel all are very lazy & stupid. No action has been taken 4-5 days then a very lazy & stupid person come in office Ram (Airtel Representstive). he fill up a form & reciving a advance chq of new connection but till date there was no call recive from airtel member or reprentative.

and the head of Airtel in Indore Ramnath tell if today connection is start then we can refund the chq.

The Customer Care Representative, Head & All member are very VERY LAZY & given Answer Properly

Please Do needfull on this Matter.
