The printer is not working

I lodged a complaint regarding my Printer model no: HP Laser jet P1606dn on 04/11, and the complaint no is 8600795909, nobody is responding to this complaint. I contacted so many times to the toll free number and the number goven by the customer care person. Being a MNC this is very bad and shameless. I once again request you to rectify the problem
