IT IS REALLY A MATTER OF REGRET TO PURCHASE IFB WASHING MACHINE or TO SAY UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE PURCHASED IFB Washing Machine
WHICH IS NOT WORKING
We registered a complaint on May 3rd, and since then we have been calling the service center multiple times. In May end, someone called us, (Mr. Parmar) but never visited. Only around June 8th, someone from the service center Haldwani came and checked the machine and promised to visit again with required spares in a week. But until now, we haven't received any kind of service and the washing machine still stands non-functional. We kindly request you to look into the matter and help us get the product fixed, because for now, it seems buying a product as prestigious as IFB Product was a mistake, because your your Service center are not bothering about the complaint regarding your product IFB. Also I have seen now so many complaint on net regarding the bitter experience for purchasing the IFB washing Machines.
