My microwave is faulty for the past one month, and NO one from ifb is able to rectify my problem
a technician comes to my place, and just goes. This is happening for the past one month.
I am not able to use my product for the same stated reasons.
Yesterday (12th March) a technician took my product from my premises to send it to the “company” as he quoted. Now I get a call from the place sating that I will have to give rs 100 as “BRIBE”, or he will not deliver the product.
As he is not ready to give me the receipt of Rs. 100.
My product is still under warranty,
