We have registered five complaints with the company's customer service for the machine 7kg. digital front loading washing machine not functioning properly in last four months. our machine is making huge noise like fire crackers and gets displaced from the place it is installed at. it also leaks from the front door. many of the service engineers have come and chaged many parts like the motor, mother boards, filters etc. but the problem is still there.the last engineer who came said he would send his senior on 1st of april but no body has come till date. when we check from the customer care no. they give us the numer of another person in delhi but when we contact still no body comes. our machine is under AMC with them.
