We have bought IFB 7kg automatic front load machine and thought will support and help our day to day activities and as trusted name in the market with all hopes.
Problem: After washing some Greece / oil and dirt comes on all clothes and it will never go (spoiled almost 50 pairs of clothes.
Action by IFB: lodged series of complaints and number below, they took the machine and serviced at their factory and gave it back not improvement at all.
All basic expectations are not even met and we started with series of problems and complaints.
No body to do service and take the ownership to sort out the problem and even company like IFB has very very poor service and support.
Hope to see some justice to be given by consumer forum my concern is addressed and nobody else go through this situation.
