Hi,

This is Vinod Chawla. I have one IFB washing machine (ELENA) model. I have bought AMC (Annaul maintanance contract) from IFB by paying advance money for 1 year. Last week on 19-August, I registered one complaint (Complaint No.: 4960260) for washing machine. The service technician visited on 21-August and conveyed that there is serious problem with machine and we need to carry it to service center and repair it over there. And they confirmed that they will get it transported on 21-August evening itself. I am contiuously following up with customer care (040-39004321), the service executive/ co-ordinator Raju (Mobile:9396955807) and Supervisor Anupam (Mobile: 9394806484) for last 5 days. However, no one is responding properly and everytime they commit they will come to carry the machine. Now, they have stopped responding on phone, they either disconnect the phone or switch off their phones or do not pick up the phone. I have seen the worst customer care department in my life. I recommend no one should buy IFB product because their is no body to take care of the products after you own it.

I also appreciate if consumer department can take necessary action to avoid these cheating events happening with customers after buying such a reputed (Now onwards worst for me) company product.
