This is regarding Escalating the issue of poor Service Management from IFB Service Provider.
I am an Old customer of IFB and ever since I have started using the service provided by IFB from its Gurgaon Service center which is run by
Mr. Joshi (Mobile Number :9313595193) I have always faced issues with the quality of service
In the recent case, I have filed a complaint for my "Digital 7 KG" washing machine last Sunday (December 25th) that machine is not working
at all. It is switched on bt not running.
They have sent a person that to after 2-3 times reminder. Mr. Sanjay came to see machine and he advised that PCB is having problem. I
advised service center to send Mr. Harshit (Mobile Number:9313557215) as he has been visting us since we purchased the machine.
After 4-5 times reminder no one came and we have always been told that there is a part they have ordered which is yet to come come and soon
as we receive tat part we will send HArshit to correct your machine.
We have been waitng with our non-working machine for last 9 days and even ater promis by Mr. JOSHI (the owner), no one came as of today
(January 2nd)
None of the numbers which are avilable to us are picking the phone now including Mr. Joshi
Mr. Joshi being owner has not responded even once to my complant rather he always switched off hs mobile or not picking up the phone. I
have contacted Mr. Joshi on December 31st at 11.30 am and sice then he is not responding
