MICROWAVE NOT WORKING

Hi,

My microwave is not working properly. Ihave put up a complaint an executive came and put some new heating element. But when he left it started making noise. I called him back, in his visit he said that micrwave is old. But its not even 4 years I have this microwave also the micrwave was not making noise earlier. Even the dish is not moving, but it was moving even when the microwave was not heating. Requesting your kind intervention.
