I am Uday Ravi working in Air force residing at Naliya (Kutch) that is 100 km from Bhuj. I had AMC on IFB washing machine in Sep 2010. through IFB representative Mr Bharat who hails from Bhuj/ Gandhinagar. His mobile number is 09228798119. I had paid an amount of 1564 /- Axis bank Account Payee cheque to IFB industries. After collecting the cheque the gentleman had said that he would send the relevant AMC documents after reaching Bhuj. But till now he has not sent any documents or neither he is attending my calls. I have been having a problem with my washing machine since Jan Since then I have been trying to contact him but he is not attending and recently he has even switched off his mobile. The cheque paid on IFB has been encashed by IFB industries but no action or services being provided. This appears to be a case of cheating. I have already lodged number of complaints through IFB industries complaint cell but there has been no response from the company either. I am fed up and I feel I am cheated by the company. Now I have been thinking of going to the consumer court for fraudulant and cheating case.
