VERY POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir,

I have purchase Microwave product Model No 25SC2 on dtd 28/29 August throgh call centre Referance no is 7039880, your enginer visit and chek he told reguired some part which he well replace fauly part ie magteum and open the microwave he carry with screws from microwave and microwave is in desabled condition after that he or from sevrvice chentre no one call to me or give clear picture when part will be rectivied or repair or make microwave in working condition

i have call 15 to 20 times some one from service centre told part is not avalabl and it may take time six months and on dtd 08/09 call to call centre your persion give new refrance no again ie 7111203 and he told no such complain earlier

kindly guide me were to go and microwave will work in wrking condition and how much time it required

kindly take neccesary action

Finally i was shocked last week that my complaint has been closed completely adn i raised a frewsh complaint

Its a shame for a company like IFB to offer such a poor service to customers
