Poor customer care after sales

I bought a washing machine 3 months ago, that time I needed an extension outlet pipe to use the machine. I was told that I need to buy it from IFB customer care.

I have requested for it more than 5 times. The all India customer care takes my request and ask me to call the local service center. When I call the local service center, they say that they will give service only when they get request from company side.

Poor after sales service and customer harassment should be their tagline.

Also due to poor installation of the machine, the inlet pipe is leaking at mouth for which I have made a request but no response from that side.
