I am a proud customer of IFB washing machine for more than 10 to 15 years. I have a supremo model. This machine is being used regularly without any trouble and every year I get AMC in time, This year your company has refused to renew my A.MC saying that company has stopped it. I bought this machine for my elderly parents who are living alone and are happy with it, though there is no trouble with this machine. I can say proudly that not a single repair has been done on this machine for the last so many years since its purchase. B&--U&-T
Now i cannot get them a new machine because of my circumstances. I can send you this machine as a token of gift as a showpiece with the remarks "A TROBLE FREE MACHINE OF A COSUMAR"
I know you will reply saying that we stopped this model. But sorry I cannot buy a new machine.and let it be goodwill gesture from a customer to a company with my name and address.
