IFB
Product not working well

Dear Sir

I purchase this IFB Serena Sx model from Deekay electronics, Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana on 31/12. Its main button for on/off is giving trouble. It gets automatically off while in running condition. I have tried calling IFB centre at 0161 3204354, but of no use as the phone is most of the time off or no body answers it. Kindly help.
