Dear Sir,

I purchased microwave oven in Dec since then it was giving trouble, I complained several times and your service technician came but wasn't able to solve the problem. once your tech. came and he took away the part on which the mode buttons are given. It is SHAMEFUL for your company that first your dealer gave the defective piece than the service techn.fools the customer. better check this. Convection and grill are not in working condition the techn. has changed the part
