I refer to my complaint dated 18/02 and subsequent visit of your agent Mr. Kuljit. Amongst other issues, my complaint is related to "selector buttons not working". While 2-3 buttons of the machine do not work, your rep stated that only one (main on/off button) will be replaced and that too is not in stock. I am still waiting for the same to arrive and would like all defective parts to be replaced. Please advise how long it will take??
I would also like to add that the machine purchased by me on 24/12, was delivered at my residence in an open carton and had water in its pipes and the "Additives chamber" was also full of water. I was told by the person who came for installation that this was because of testing of machine in Godown. Till initial 3-4 uses water used to remain in "Additives chamber" which now gets totally drained out. I therefore suspect that a used and defective machine has been passed on to me and am finding your response very disappointing. Please take urgent action for complete redressal of all issues.
