IFB Service engineer broken the washing machine

I am having one IFB TOP Loaded Washing machine which was giving some E2 error for which I have logged a complain at IFB call center on 8th of Jan for which they have given me complain no. 5708153.

After 3-4 days when no one called and visited to check our machine, I again called there call center and they told me to call to service center and they provided me the no. of that service center.

After several times calling after 2-3 days they send one engineer to check the machine. The worst thing is that the engineer know nothing about that washing machine he started opening the machine top cover which he didn't know how to open and at last he broken the Top cover of my machine and for excuse he told us that machine is 1 year old and now the plastic is weak and hence it is broken, even we are using IFB original Cover in our machine. Then I complain this to the service center and they committed that it's an engineer mistake and they will replace the TOP cover free of charge.

But till date it's one month they are continuously making me fool saying that few more day sir. Also they are not even picking up my phone i have to call them more than 20 times a day then only they pick the call.

If IFB people are reading this than please do the needful and also take some action against that engineer and also given below person who are just making the customer fool.
