Replacement of cracked small ja

I have procured Inalsa Food Processor (model Wonder Maxie) from Reliance Digital Limited, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad. after few days the samllest jar got cracked. I approached the Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Gzb. and they advised to go to Reliance ResQ Limited, Sector-63, Noida. On 19th December they taken back the jar for replacement (Job Sheet No. 877856) and assured the replacement wihin 1week of time. Since then, almost 9months gone, it is not been done. I have visited more than 20 times there office but there answer was it will be done soon. Now they have one reply that will intimate me when replacement will come.

I donot know, what is the service-after-sale policy of the group like Reliance and how much customer should wait for a small complaint.

I request immediate attention by related senior authorities to solve the problem.
