My Membership number is ITBC09873777 On 13th Feb I recieved a call from one of your telecallers from Noida and He offered me a samsung mobile worth Rs 12498.00 I told him that I was not interested, then he told me that with this offer you will get a Rs 60, 000.00 gold jewelery voucher and a Rs 5000.00 trip. I told him that if I get the 60000 voucher I would be interested. He made me pay 12498 by my credit card. When I called your customer care to confirm, they told me that there was no offer of Jeweley voucher. I have not recd any refund till date.
I recd a call again and the telecaller said that the customer care people do not know about any offers. He promised the Diamond voucher immidiately and made me pay Rs 12498 again. He gave me a voucher number for Surat Diamond, for Rs 60000, when i went online I got to know that that voucher was only for Rs 5000.
I have been cheated twice and India today is owing me money for 2 transactions Rs 12498 Rs12498. THE TELECALLERS HAVE NO FEAR THAT THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE BY LIEING TO THEM AND DUPING THEM. PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED
