Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i had purchased a nokia handset C-3, Product Code 165644, Extended warranty code 163540 on 29/1 with invoice number as 10004430, blue tooth accessories with one years warranty and handset with one year extended warranty from croma Himalya mall Ahmedabad.

From few days I am having some outgoing voice in speaker issue in my phone, myself went to croma himalya mall for repairing, I met Mr. Bimal Patel Employee ID 3099 and explain issue, He replied me that “Keep your mobile with us and I will inform you status of your mobile through call/e-mail“, I waited but no reply came from him, so went again and he talked with very rudely (I can say that he don’t have manner to talk with customer). Then after I called Mr. Himanshu Contractor whose Employee ID 1680 and explained my problem again. He replied rubbish without any proof that your mobile have water logged so it can’t cover under warranty. Next day i went to nokia care they replied this is not a water logged issue, we can’t repair this direct from customer because it is under extended warranty from croma.
Its really pathetic from such a big company like croma (a tata enterprise) who while selling product talk all nice and goody goody and while giving service explain the warranty clause and terms, conditions.

If you cannot give me necessary support and service, then better is you refund my extended warranty money.

If my issue is not resolved i will go to consumer former and circulate the same email to customer grievance cell with the same copy.
