I purchased Karbonn K2 model handset from Big C shop at Daba Garden on: 29.01.2012. After wkg for 7 days, complete white display observed. After 2/ hours on switching, noticed wkg normal. three days wkd normal & again same problem. 7 days wkg & 2 months in service centre!!
On advise of Big C Dabagarden where i purchased the set, it was given for warranty inspection on Feb 22 at Karbonn service centre at Akkayyapalem, Vizag. Till date, set was not repaired & advising to call Bangalore office number avl on handset box. Nearly 20 times tried to contact. No one is picking the call. Mailed to the customer care, then also no response. Pl. kindly advice what to do for getting the new handset inpplace of problamtic hand set?
