I have bought a Karbonn mobile, model K 334 from Star Hash mobiles, Maruthankuzhi. Thiruvananthapuram, a retailer on 16 February. The handset has got some problem with the keypad on August. As its guarantee period is upto one year I took it to the authorised service center, Minnus Karbonn service center. Opposite Fort Police Station. Thiruvananthapuram. They got it repaired but the problem arised after 2 days. Second time also it went the same. Third time I went to the retailer. But there also they could'nt repair the handset. Then I called up the south zone customer care executive of Karbonn mobile named Mr. Sreekantan.(mobile no. 9847083140) But he gave me a bad response. So I would like to lodge a complaint against all the three.
