K662 Track pad not working

I took a Karbonn mobile in homeshop18 whose model no is k662 its optical track pad is not working properly since 90days i have went to karbonn service center they are telling that u r IMEI no should be updated if i call homeshop18 they are telling that wait for 48hours u r problem will be resolved. I am waiting since 90days but no responce please help me thanking u...
