I purchased a Nikon D5000 camera from Kashish Foto Vision Authorised sales and service centre Fort Mumbai. They sold me a grey market camera for the price of the original one. I kept on requesting for the warranty, I never got one. I have visited them more than ten times and got only fake assurance that you will get it in 5 days, ten days.

Now they have offered me a new camera. I just want my money back and want them to to be fined for cheating.
