Kelvinator refrigerator not working

Dear sir,

I have purchase one kelivinator refrigerator from fisher electronics dated 25.06. now its faulted two time in a year, after complaining they are not responding of my complaint or after given mobile number of their representative by sms they are also not responding of my call. I am very frusted /Disappointed by the company behaviors. Please help me.
