The pump of my Kenstar cooler purchased a month back is not working.
I complained to customer care on Sunday 25 apr about that. They gave me a complaint number - HYD2504100126 and told in 24 hrs it'd be done.
Next day noone contacted me. I enquired again. They again wrote a complaint as they'd a mistake in amy address. HYD2604100679, an excuse to delay for it another day.
Noone appears even next day, Now they've given me a number of service center: 9292759392 which noone picks up.
So, I'm beginning to think noone is interested to repair my cooler.
It's causing me a lot of inconvenience.
Please take some action over this.
