Kenstar Washing Machine Model LF0210
Dry Belt is open in my Washing machine

Dear Sir,

I have a washing machine of Kenstar Model LF0210, I was register a complain at call centre they give me Complain No. RN 50331026 one service Engg. came at my home but he deny the belt is non availably in service centre, then I visit in service centre Mr. Boby told me you scrap the machine because kenstar is not support the spare parts, then I visit the shop they gives me a Mobile No. of Mr Rohi 9334658253, he is incharge of service of kenstar. He told me shortage of spare parts but he will arranged the belt within 7 days. i was still waiting for the same. what can i do for the same.
