Regarding new electric connection

Respected Sir,

We make to inform you that I live at Usamanpur Gaon Naubasta Kanpur H.N.127/35-D1.I apply for new electric connection but the some amount of electric bills are pending in H.No-127/35-D, but I have the house H.N 127/35-D1 (not 127/35-D) and no bills are pending of my names.

For this the KESCO officers did not allow to new electric connection.

with due to request i want to ask only that what can i do if i have no electric connection in my house, In this condition there are two ways-

either i still live in dark or i theft electric, but I don't do this. I assured you that i will submit regularly electric-bill.
