Water not heating after 20 minute

I have purchase khaitan water heater Ocio of 25 ltr capacity on dated 06.08.10 which is having the 2year guarantee.

the problem is that the water is not heating properly after 20min, the heating light become off and water is not heated.

I have registered complaint 2-3 days back, but their is no response.
