I have ordered a item - Combo Offer of Pigeon Little Wonder 550w 3Pc Non Stick Gift Set (1 Qty) on dated Feb 13, 10:22 PM on www.koovs.com. I received the items on 23.02.2012 from Koovs. When the courier is opne I found that Pigeon Mixer is damaged. I booked a complaint on the same day. Even I e-mailed a photos of damaged item with time stamp on the photos showing damaged area. They told me that they would arrange for reverse pickup with in 48 Hrs and replaced the damaged item. After 20 days there is no progress. The customer care no shown on Bill invoice is wrong. The customer care number available on Website www.koovs.com is also not working - on calling, this telephone does not exist. Till today there is no progress of any kind. There is no progress by the company
