I would like to complain against this firm

who are very rude in behavior & are always cared about their own time. Their working time is 11:00am to 6:00 pm which is not possible for me to access due job hours, still i tried my level best twice to reach their around 5:55, they denied me saying that they are closed for the day, third time i sent my mother to the shop, they said that their pc has some problem so they wont take the mobile. fourth time again my mother went to the shop they asked her to come after half an hour as it was their lunch time, which was not possible for my mother, so she requested them to take the mobile, but instead they behaved rudely with my mother, which was too harsh, so i would like to lodge a complain & strict action against this shop..
