Very bad products They are charging more than MRP

Dear Sir,

This company has cheated me by promising me that the chimney will auto-metically clean itself.

It is worst quality product. The coil is getting burned after using for even 2 mins. Lots of calls made to the distributor and even to the Company is not answered. They are playing games with innocent people. My wife did not check the MRP before buying. They charged me 2000 rupees extra. Please tell me what to do. Now no one is taking responsibility. 5 months have passed and I cannot use the chimney.
