I am using a kitchen chimney made of Kutchina (model- Vogue autoclean) since June. Product is purchased from Hark International, 34 Central Road, Anandapuri, Barrackpore, Kolkata-700122 (ph-9830316170). A complain was launched by me telephonically on Nov to the shop for mulfunctioning of the chimney. After repeated calling as the shop was not attending the complain, I forward the same to company customer care (ph-03325708716) telephonically on Jan and subsequently e-mail on 22 Jan to [email protected]. On 27 Jan I conducted Mr. Tanmay (Technical Head) on telephone (9903859001). He asured me to solve the problem. But till date no action has been taken.
